Number of Hamsters
The number of hamsters indicates how many hamsters are in your body, through conversion of your body fat to hamsters using comparison of their weight.
Your Data
Let's click check boxes about your gender and age and input your height, weight and body fat percentage, which have to be already measured. N.B. This program can not measure your body fat percentage. Rest assured that no data is sent to internet.
Hamsters
You can choose your favorite hamster from three types; Golden hamster, Djungarian hamster, and Roborovskii hamster. Your body fat is converted to the hamster of your choice. Of course, hamsters weigh differently, so different hamsters have different number of hamsters.
GO Button
Inut your data, select the hamster and press GO button to see the number of hamsters. Additionally, your body mass index (BMI), obesity level and ideal weight are shown as references.
VIEW Button
You can see hamsters in your body by VIEW button. The number of hamsters is also recalculated automatically by the button.
RESET Button
RESET button can clear your data, such as a comment, height, weight, body fat percentage, and so on. Press the button if you don't want others to see your data.
References
Your Body Mass Index (BMI), Obesity Level and Ideal Weight are shown as references. They say the BMI with 18.5~25 (for the age of 18~49 in Japan) and the Obesity Level with -10~10% are good for health. The Ideal Weight is a weight calculated as the BMI is 22. However, it is not perfect unless you check not only these values but also body fat percentage or the number of hamsters.
